Mike is the inventor of VIDEAR's patented AR-enabled Digital Twin platform (GB2629638B). With expertise spanning drone operations, Unity3D development, and M2M systems architecture, he has spent five years building VIDEAR from concept to operational prototype. Mike has collaborated extensively with maritime safety organizations, environmental agencies, and logistics partners to ensure the platform addresses real-world operational challenges. His technical leadership drives VIDEAR's innovation across humanitarian, commercial, and environmental applications.

As Business Development Director at VIDEAR Ltd, Steve is leading the commercial strategy behind CPAS — the Common Position Awareness System — a patented, software-defined visibility platform that is redefining maritime and airspace safety on the UK coastline. Working alongside inventor and Technical Director Mike Saunders, Steve is building the institutional partnerships, funding pathway, and stakeholder coalition needed to take VIDEAR from a validated prototype to national infrastructure.
