Zoë has over 25 years’ experience in innovation, strategic development, partnership building, and bidding/income generation across environmental - low carbon business sectors. Before joining VIDEAR as Innovation and Partnership Director she
founded and led Clean Growth UK over a ten year period, generating £10m+ to deliver net zero and green innovation support to over 3,000 member companies. She is fluent in Spanish, French and Italian and is passionate about environmental business, nature and mind-body connection.

With expertise spanning drone operations, Unity3D development, and M2M systems architecture, he has spent five years building VIDEAR from concept to operational prototype. Mike has collaborated extensively with maritime safety organizations, environmental agencies, and logistics partners to ensure the platform addresses real-world operational challenges. His technical leadership drives VIDEAR's innovation across humanitarian, commercial, and environmental applications.

Fluent in Spanish, French, and Italian, Zoë's expertise in environmental business development and stakeholder engagement is critical to VIDEAR's growth strategy and mission partnerships. She is passionate about leveraging technology for ecological and sustainability impact.
